We eat a mostly vegan diet and these are one of the reasons that we say "mostly" and not full-on vegan. They are 100% vegetarian, but these are not vegan. They are made in a facility that processes dairy. They are however, soy-free, which is rare for a chicken replacement.
So here's the deal. Grab some olive oil and saute the cutlets in a skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side. Season however you like (we use salt and pepper or mama garlic) and if you really want to get crazy, stuff some vegan cheese in the middle of the cutlet. Serve them with kale chips and you've got one heck of a dinner.
