The brand I tried was Follow Your Heart in Mozzarella. It tasted great, but didn't melt as much as I had hoped. It warmed up and softened, but it never reached that melty stage. No biggie, it still worked really well and made a great sandwich.
We fancied it up with avocado and the raw cashew pesto that we made the other day. I sprinkled a little Mama Garlic on the bread and used coconut oil to toast the outsides in a skillet. Ezekial bread is our go-to choice and it didn't disappoint. Just check out the pictures.... YUM.
