Class of 2013 Blogs & Trail Journals

It's fairly common for hikers to document their journey using a blog or a trail journal site.  Two of the common journal sites are Trail Journals and Postholer, but it seems that most are trending towards managing their own sites using blogs like Wordpress or Blogger.  Of course there are many other options out there - these are just the popular choices.  So without further adieu, here are the sites for the class of 2013 hikers.  If I missed yours on the list, please let me know so I can add it to the list.
